• Customized Orders: Cancellation requests for customized products is not accepted.

• Non-Customized Orders: You may request cancellation before shipment. After shipment, our return policy applies.

• Order Processing Time: After placing your order and confirming payment, we typically require 1-2 business days to process and prepare your poster for shipping. Processing times may vary based on the design complexity and current order volume.

• Shipping Methods: We partner with reputable shipping carriers to ensure reliable and timely delivery. During checkout, you can select from available shipping methods to best suit your needs.

• Shipping Time: Estimated delivery time is 6 to 8 business days once the parcel is handed over.

• Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery’s progress online.

• Shipping Delays: We strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances like extreme weather or postal service disruptions. For significant delays, contact our customer support team for assistance.

• Incomplete or Incorrect Shipping Address: Ensure you provide an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer.

• Free Shipping on order above Rs 399 with a transit time of 3-4 days.
